OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Step outside to your private Palm Springs paradise where sunshine and mountain views set the scene. Float in the sparkling pool, soak in the bubbling spa, or relax beneath shade umbrellas with a cool drink in hand. Gather around the fire pit as the sun sets, enjoy alfresco meals for six, and grill up your favorites on the BBQ. The backyard also features lounge chairs, multiple seating areas, and bocce ball, making it the perfect place to play or simply unwind.

The garage has been converted into a playful lounge with a couch and a ping pong table, giving everyone room to spread out.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled for comfort and character. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, custom décor including a mid-century ceramic lamp and a Pelago dresser, plus an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with easy access to the hall bath. The third bedroom doubles as a den with a Twin bed, office desk, and direct access to the pool yard, making it a flexible space for families or remote work.
