POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES
Guests are to read and agree with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. We require a fully completed and verified profile. No Third-Party Bookings or off-platform payments. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, primary guest must be over 25 years of age. Upon booking, all occupants must provide a valid government-issued ID that includes their permanent primary address. A rental agreement to be signed by all guests. Any other overnight guests must be approved by the host, no exceptions.
Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (Amazon packages are OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell and carport camera, and temperature control guidelines.
Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens. Flowers in the patio will bloom in-season (Jasmine and bougainvillea).

One mid-stay cleaning is included. This helps us maintain the home to a high standard and ensures a comfortable stay for you. The cleaning consists of general cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors (note: Linen changes are not included. Sheet changes may be added upon request for an additional charge).
