Nestled in the illustrious Twin Palms region of Palm Springs, the meticulously restored, four-bedroom, three-bathroom PS Art House is a mid-century modern masterpiece, featured in Palm Springs Life and Palm Springs Style magazines. Originally developed by the Alexander Construction Company and designed by William Krisel, this post-and-beam style home has been recently restored with contributions by the original architect. On top of the impressive glass walls and sleek minimalist architecture, the entire house is decorated with classic, modern, and everything in between art pieces collected by the fashion designer and contemporary artist homeowners.

This stylish home boasts two en-suite bedrooms leisurely spread out over 2,100 square feet. The primary suite inside of the house has a private patio, lounging area, Cal-King bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a stunning light atrium as an entrance to the walk-in shower. The other suite is located in the secluded casita, with its own bathroom, Queen bed, and private entrance.
The other bedrooms share a bathroom, with one sporting a Queen size bed and the other having the option of a King size bed or having it split into two Twins. Every bedroom has its own unique décor, a comfortable bed with quality linens, and flat screen TVs.
Walls of glass, clerestory windows, a classic concrete fireplace, HDTV, and a large dining table make up the great room, surrounded by gorgeous art and fine furnishings. The modern open kitchen allows you to make use of its premium appliances while entertaining your guests simultaneously.
Peel back the wall of glass in the living room to step into your own private retreat, with a bubbling, sizzling spa that waterfalls into the shimmering blue saltwater swimming pool. Relax on the plentiful lounge seating or enjoy the gas fire feature under a breezy desert night.

Grace A. This property is located in the Twin Palms area of Palm Springs and it was absolutely perfect for our group of friends who were coming into PS from all over the country. The outside pool area is stunning, the pictures really do not give it justice. Large umbrellas can shade you from the sun and there are separate areas to hang out around the pool even the firepit. The backyard is 100% private. The master bedroom is very large with plenty of closet space. The two additional bedrooms in the main house are average in size (but who is staying in their room anyway??). Everyone has access to the outside through sliding glass doors off their bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is connected to the house but has a separate entrance - in the Midwest we call this a "mother-in-law suite" as it is almost a separate apartment with everything you would need (except the kitchen). The living room, dining room and kitchen all are connected and open. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and different glassware. There are plenty of towels for the pool. We really couldn't want anything more with this house. I also have to give kudos to the management company - FANTASTIC to work with throughout the trip which made this an unbelievable experience. The home is a short walk to Koffi which is important in the morning. We could also walk to Ralph's for groceries. We never rented a car and Ubered everywhere. Every three hours or so a Palm Springs open air tour bus would drive by and point out our house ... everyone would lean out and take pictures - wish I knew why it was so historic (but it felt great to feel important!). We would absolutely come back here next time we are in Palm Springs!!! Rating: 5 Star *****

The house is gorgeous and also very accommodating - the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed was so comfortable, the pool was amazing, it was very clean, and the amenities (including coffee!) were great. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the view of the mountains from poolside was a nice surprise. The house is impeccably decorated, and also includes several artworks from contemporary artists - a rare find compared to other rentals. Check-in and checkout were both very easy as the office is only a two-minute drive from the house. Everyone at the office was super nice. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
