Located just south of downtown Palm Springs and convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf, and other Palm Springs attractions, there will be no dull days on this vacation. Start each day with a morning hike at Tahquitz Canyon (one mile west) or simply walk over to Koffi South Palm Springs for a fresh cup of coffee. If you don't feel like cooking, this city is known for its delicious restaurants, so don't hesitate to venture out and grab a bite to eat along the famed Palm Canyon Drive. Plus, the design lovers will be in paradise knowing that stunning mid-century and celebrity homes abound in each neighborhood!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Really relaxing stay in Palm Springs . The neighborhood was so peaceful to walk the dogs & kiddies on the early morning . Amazing view of the mountains from the pool. We had the pool heated for our Xmas getaway & it was perfect ! The pool is giant and the entire outdoor area is perfect for an all day hang . Super close to a great hiking area with a water fall . This is our second Vacasa managed Vrbo and as always super attentive and helpful. Would stay here again . Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor spaces in the front of the house as well . We will be back

Our vacation house that we found on VRBO was actually a property managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals….and weren’t notified of that until after we paid. Stay away from any Vacasa managed property and shame on VRBO for being complicit.

Not our best stay

Overall, the house was ok. The dishwasher did not work (it had a note on it), no hot water in the kitchen sink. Heated water on the stove for dishes. Had questions after checking in, received no response from management company. We had ducks swimming in the pool and spa. They had a nest in the planter. The pool and spa both unusable as it became a duck bathing and bathroom area. Not our best stay in Palm Springs.

Beautiful pool and yard.

This is a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. However the white tile floors are cold and very slippery when wet. Modern furnishings. Dirty white couch. The kitchen is well equipted. The pool heater did not work the first three days and the pool was dirty after a windstorm, the day before we arrived, and stayed that way for several days.

Needs attention

First of all let me address the issue behind booking ing. Since VACASA was the management for this home it was difficult to reach someone to speak to. When I did I was provided separate instructions. First instructions was no contact entry and I also received a confirmation via text with the same message. When I arrived I was waiting for the code to enter via text. I never received it. I had to contact someone from management and they advised I had to come to the office to check in. So disappointed when the information was clearly incorrect from the first message. I advised that I wanted a no contact entry and then was told To contact this person to do a virtual entry. Anyhow, eventually that was worked out. As we entered the house it appeared clean. The kitchen had a small arrangement of fresh flowers. The refrigerator needed a new filter since it was flashing replacement needed. The pool from the photos looked incredibly inviting. The pool needs to be cleaned and resurfaced. Also, it would be nice to have newly provided pool mats to enjoy the pool. The hot tub also needs a deep cleaning. The spare bathtub is inoperable. I wanted to enjoy a jacuzzi bath but was disappointed after waiting for the tub to fill up and the jets failing to work. Another maintenance issue that should be attended to. The price for renting this home should be reflective on having the amenities working and cleaned. Disappointed in the false Advertising of what was explained and presented in photos.

I don’t generally review stuff but since there were only a couple of reviews I thought I’d add some thoughts that may be helpful to others sifting through all of these properties. My family does not travel much but we were in much need of a pandemic break so I bit the bullet. We were very pleased with Vacasa...the management company. Very good communication and check-in and out was seamless. The house was very clean and the heating and cooling system looked pretty hi-tech and new. This was not that important in February when the temp peaked at 80...but I personally had an issue at another property last October where inside temp was not getting cool. Maybe 100-plus temps would put any HVAC system into difficulty? I liked the open layout of the house. We had a wheelchair for a family member and easily navigated into and out of the house, and every room of the house was accessible. I’m not much of a design guy...but my wife pointed out that while the house had many mid-century modern touches, the decor and architecture was more of an amalgamation of styles, not quite as spiffy as other homes we have stayed at. Not sure how important this is to most people. I found the decor mostly tasteful with just a few anachronistic pieces...especially the living room. Speaking of which, some of the chairs were a bit run down and the sofas were a bit lived in. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit more well done...especially the bathrooms. Outdoor areas were spacious and well manicured. The front yard is vast...though the two entrances do not have gates so we couldn’t really let our dog out there. Very private though with what looked like 10 foot hedges. The back yard is also vast and private. Note that the garage and driveway are on the side of the house and are a bit of a walk from the front entrance. Once you have accessed the house the garage and driveway is more easily accessible from the rear entrance. Now my only real complaint...the pool / spa controls. I paid daily to heat the pool. The management company contacted me days out to inquire about this as it does take a while to get warm. Upon arrival, the pool never seemed to get too warm. Instructions to pool and spa were confusing and there may have been a page missing. The spa was quite loud when percolating but got hot. I never did use the pool. Anyway I’d stay here again.

Non responsive managers and Flies in bath jacuzzi

We had trouble heating up the outdoor spa despite paying $50 for pool heating. I called Vacasa management and they reached out to the local manager who they said couldn’t come that night but would come before 11am the next day. The Manager never came by and I was busy hiking to keep calling and play this cat and mouse game. Luckily a pool maintenance guy that visits weekly stopped by to clean the pool and at least showed us where the jet buttons were, that wasn’t even identified in the instruction binder! I then tried to take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi in the guest bathroom and flies came pouring out the jets as the water filled them!! I’m not exaggerating when I say pouring out, they coated the bathtub floor in dead flies and floating flies as well. So gross. The master bedroom bed appeared pretty small despite being listed as a king. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with tools and the living space was comfortable for how much we used it, which wasn’t much since we were out and about most of each day. The house is located to a very nice part of downtown m, which was very convenient. The backyard was beautiful.
