This 1961 Donald Wexler home has been newly updated and restored incorporating many modern luxuries and amenities while keeping the integrity of the homes original architecture. This quintessential Palm Springs desert home with saltwater pool and spa offers the perfect escape to relax, soak up the desert sun and take in the mountain views.

The Space

OVERVIEW:
This sun baked paradise, centrally located just minutes from downtown, a short drive to the canyon hiking trails and surrounded by more than 100 world class golf courses, is ideal for hosting family vacations, golf outings, girlfriend getaways, or just a good time away with friends.

This 4 bed / 2 bath modern home offers a spacious open concept floor plan perfect for all types of occasions. The main living area and each of the bedrooms open up directly to the pool area or back courtyard providing the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor Southern California leisure living. There is a dedicated office/workspace and separate laundry area available for use during your stay.

POOL & PATIO:
There are two main outdoor spaces. The main patio off of the living room and primary suite has complete privacy from the street and other neighboring homes. The heated salt water pool and spa offer breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains. There is ample lounge furniture, dining for 8 and a natural gas BBQ grill. You can soak up the sun and enjoy the pool during the day or wind down your day with a glass of wine while watching the sunset or if you're lucky, one of the many vintage airplanes putting on a show!

The back courtyard, a more cozy space, is shaded by mature grapefruit trees (feel free to pick any ripe fruits) and accessible by the 3 other guest bedrooms. The back patio is a lovely spot for after dinner cocktails before turning in for the evening. There is also a green space for our 4 legged friends!

PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a King bed w/memory foam mattress, smart TV, room darkening floor to ceiling drapes and closet for storing your clothes. From the bedroom there is a sliding door that opens out to the pool area.

GUEST ROOM 1 - PALM ROOM:
The Palm Leaf guest bedroom has a Queen bed w/memory foam mattress, smart TV, room darkening floor to ceiling drapes, dresser and closet for storing your clothes. From the bedroom there is a sliding door that opens out to the courtyard.

GUEST ROOM 2 - KIDS ROOM:
The 'Kids' bedroom has two Twin XL beds w/memory foam mattresses, smart TV, room darkening roller shades, and closet for storing your clothes. The Twin XL beds are longer than a standard Twin making it comfortable for adults too. The beds can be pushed together and made up into a King bed more suitable for couples. From the bedroom there is a sliding door that opens out to the courtyard.

GUEST ROOM 3 - JAMES BOND ROOM / OFFICE:
The Bond bedroom duals as both a bedroom and/or office space. This room has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, smart TV, and room darkening floor to ceiling drapes. From the bedroom there is a sliding door that opens out to the courtyard.

BATH 1 - PRIMARY BATHROOM:
Connected the the primary bedroom this bathroom has a dual vanity and walk-in shower. There is a door that opens out directly to the pool area, perfect for pool days or quick access to the spa on those cool winter evenings. The following bath essentials are provided: towels, washcloths, Dyson hair dryer, toilet paper, Apotheke shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

BATH 2 - HALL BATHROOM:
Centrally located to other guest rooms and main living area, this full bath has a bath tub/shower. The following bath essentials are provided: towels, washcloths, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

KITCHEN:
This modern galley style kitchen opens to the living and dining area and comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials, single serve Nespresso (espresso) and drip coffee makers, small appliances, bar ware, basic spices and more!

LIVING ROOM:
The Living Room, with architectural floor to ceiling windows and doors, opens out to the pool and patio. Automatic roller shades provide privacy or shade from the morning sun. Furnished with comfortable lounge seating, smart TV, books, board games, and blankets.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
Pool Heating - $50 per day (Recommended October - April) Spa heating is included in the nightly rate.
Pet Fee - $150 per pet per stay (non-refundable)

HOME SECURITY:
There are 2 actively recording cameras located on the property that record audio & video. One over the main entry overlooking driveway and another in back by the trash bins. There is a noise decibel device on the pool deck that does NOT record audio or video but actively records noise decibel levels.
