This Palm Springs home is designed for a comfortable, easy stay with a strong focus on outdoor living.



Inside, the home offers one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Each room features simple, comfortable bedding with a clean, hotel-style feel. Two full bathrooms are stocked with essential amenities.



The living area is open and inviting, with a Roku TV for streaming and a comfortable space to relax after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, baking trays, a gas range, and a single-serve coffee make, ideal for anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal.



Step outside and the space truly opens up. The backyard is built for all-day enjoyment, with a pool, tanning shelf, lounge chairs, and tall hedges for added privacy. A grill, outdoor bar, and fire pit complete the setup for easy afternoons and relaxed evenings under the desert sky.

As with most of Palm Springs, you may occasionally hear airplane or light street noise.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is convenient and straightforward.



Palm Springs International Airport is just about 10-15 minutes away, with Uber and Lyft easily accessible.



While many destinations are nearby, a car is recommended to make the most of your stay. The home includes garage and driveway.



Other Things to Note:

As with many homes in this area, guests may occasionally experience airplane or street noise. Most guests find it minimal, but we like to provide full transparency to ensure expectations are set.



The City of Palm Springs has established strict regulations for short-term rentals, which we are required to follow. Booking and Occupancy Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.



Guest Count: Please declare the accurate number of guests during booking. Our rates may adjust based on the number of guests, with a maximum of 6 overnight occupants allowed. A total of no more than 10 daytime occupants. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed with disclosure required.



Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for access instructions and the door code. This is in compliance with city regulations. Each guest of the reservation must sign a good neighbor form that is required by the city of Palm Springs.



ID Verification: To adhere to local regulations, we will request a government-issued ID from the main guest.



IF THE CITY ISSUES A VIOLATION DUE TO ANY OF THE RULES BEING BROKEN BELOW, THE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING FINES AND MAY FACE EVICTION WITHOUT A REFUND.



Property Use Parties and Noise: We enforce a strict no-parties policy. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Any noise should not be audible at the property lines at any time. There is a prohibition of amplified noises outside of the home. NO SPEAKERS are allowed outside of the home.



Pool: Optional pool/spa heating is available from October to April for an additional fee of $110 per day and must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay. Spa heating is also available on its own for $55 per day. For your safety and enjoyment, please refrain from diving, and avoid bringing glass or food into the pool area.



Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the premises. Please use designated smoking areas if available and comply with local smoking laws. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs and mitigation costs of removing smoke odor.



Pets and Children: Pets are allowed at the property with a $95 fee per pet. Service Animals are allowed with disclosure. Any signs of pets on the property without written consent will incur a $500 fee. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs and mitigation costs of removing hair and steaming certain couches and sheets. While we welcome children, please note the property is not child-proofed and requires adult supervision.



Maintenance and Cleanliness



Check-Out: Please vacate the premises by the agreed-upon check-out time. A late check-out without prior arrangement in writing will incur a $250 fee. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning costs, time, and or rescheduling fees that are paid to the cleaners, in addition to costs associated with the next guest’s arrival.



Check-in: After 3pm

Checkout: Before 10am



The city requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. This is included in your reservation price.



Damage Reporting: Any damages or breakages during your stay must be reported to the host immediately.



Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage responsibly, following any specific instructions for trash separation.



Cleanliness: Immediate clean-up after spills and avoidance of leaving open food out are expected to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.



Security and Parking



Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property to maintain security.



Parking: If parking is provided, use only designated areas.



Communication and Compliance



Communication: Should you have any questions, concerns, or issues during your stay, please reach out immediately for assistance.



Adherence to our house rules, as well as local vacation rental ordinances, is essential. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your deposit or termination of your reservation without a refund.



Trash should be stored out of public view, except between 5 am and 8 pm on collection days, following city regulations.
