Spectacularly located in a million-dollar neighborhood with commanding views of the surrounding mountains, this ranch-style home brings the beauty of Palm Springs right to your back terrace. You'll have a gorgeous and private outdoor space with a private pool and spa, a putting green, and ample space to relax and unwind in both shade and sunshine.

Enter through the gated courtyard and step inside to find a great room with exposed-beam ceilings, a wall of glass doors that open to the terrace, and a U-shaped sectional sofa positioned in front of a big-screen TV and a gas fireplace. It's a perfect space to entertain, with a six-person dining room, an adjacent wet bar, and a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island for prep work, an eat-in table by the window, and a large bar counter for four that connects to the billiard room. The terrace out back is just as wonderful for entertaining, whether you're enjoying the private pool and spa, playing air hockey in the shade, practicing your putt with a view of the mountains, or grilling an al fresco dinner.

At night, you'll find the three king bedrooms - each with a Roku TV and access to the outdoors - in the east wing of the house, and two trundle beds in the billiard room on the west side. Additional features include four full bathrooms, central air conditioning throughout, and a private washer/dryer off the kitchen.

This home is located in a highly desirable neighborhood of South Palm Springs, right next to the acclaimed Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Downtown Palm Springs is only three miles north, where you'll find all sorts of fantastic restaurants, mid-century antique shops, and nightlife along Palm Canyon Drive. You'll also be perfectly placed for scenic desert hikes through Indian Canyons, just two miles south.

Place was very nice and clean. Some of the umbrellas at the pool are broken and the pool table is in rough shape. We had all broken tips when we arrived, but the host sent me one to the property quickly. We were unable to run the jacuzzi and there was constant shining of the pool due to neighbors trees. Location was great, the home was beautiful and host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again

Property was great! Kitchen fully stocked, lots of linens, very spacious home. Patio and pool area was amazing! Very spacious and clean as well. We had a great weekend relaxing and enjoying family time!

Tired old home with superficial updates

Location was the best part of this property. It went downhill from there. The pool was dirty and not heated despite paying extra to have it heated. The pool filter was spraying all over the property and the neighbors property, wasting precious water. The water pressure was terrible, hot and cold were backwards on all the fixtures. If you're going to rent a property, you might want to fix the actual infrastructure (i.e. pipes). Shoddy drywall work throughout, peeling paint on the ceilings (from a recent roof leak, no doubt.) Oh, and that pool table amenity? Its in a bedroom that is too small for you to actually play pool. The outdoor light switches were labeled by just writing on the wall with a black Sharpie. So disappointed that we left less then 24hrs into a 3 day rental, because we couldn't shower after golfing all day. Then, VRBO doesnt even manage this property, rather its managed by Vacasa, so there is no real accountability here. Look elsewhere, spend a couple more bucks to get a house where all these amenities are actually usable. Soured me from ever using Vacasa or VRBO again.

THINK TWICE

Home was not tenant-ready despite having confirmed our rental five days prior to our arrival. Upon check in the refrigerator was off and took 12-16 hours to start to cool. We had to run around town to buy additional ice chests/ice so that our food would not spoil. Also upon arrival pool was filthy and we could not enjoy until the next day at 6pm after being told that someone would be there first thing in the morning! Even after pool was serviced, water was still murky and we were told by pool service that pool needed to be cleaned at least a few days before a tenant checks in or at the very least on a weekly basis in order for water to be clear and that this property had not been serviced despite our rental confirmation five days prior to our arrival date. We could not enjoy the pool amenity and suffered through 115 degree heat inside. There was also a serious pest control issue as there were mice and an excessive amount of insects/bugs throughout the backyard. Insects/bugs within the home as well. It was obvious to us that pest control was another service this property is not given on a regular basis. I do not feel that one star is even appropriate. The contact/manager listed on the check-in papers inside the home did not provide us with helpful customer service when we called about all of the issues we were dealing with. In fact, at one point, our calls went unanswered and we had to resort to calling the first maintenance person that brought us a back up refrigerator to help us resolve the pool issues. I would recommend this property be taken off your portfolio of rentals. It is poorly maintained and managed. This whole experience ruined the last summer trip for me and my family especially my children that looked forward to pool fun and were cheated out of that experience. We paid top dollar for this rental and we were denied the right to peaceful enjoyment of ALL the amenities promised. The credit that the management company gave us was not enough to compensate for the loss we experienced. It was a huge disappointment and it was NOT RIGHT that we had to chase the property manager down to get some help. I will NEVER rent this property or any other property again from Vacasa.
