* **Living & Sleeping:** The home features three cozy bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. You'll find ample storage space to unpack and make yourself at home.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** A chef’s dream, the kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, a professional hood, and elegant dishware. A dedicated coffee station is ready for your morning ritual, and the adjacent dining room seats six for shared meals.

* **Private Outdoor Oasis:** Your backyard is a stunning haven designed for making memories. Dive into the sparkling private pool, grill a feast on the BBQ, or gather around the fire pit for evening stargazing. The expansive patio, complete with an outdoor lounge and ambient string lights, offers the perfect spot to unwind with magnificent mountain views as your backdrop.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including:

* The garage.



Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles on the property.

* **City ID:** The City of Palm Springs ID #068428.

* **Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $99/night. Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.

* **No Hot Tub:** Please be aware that the property features a swimming pool but does not have a separate hot tub.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property. This information will be requested after your booking is confirmed.

* **Cancellation Policy:** No cancellations are permitted for bookings that fall on holidays or during special event weekends. For all other cancellations, please be aware that a 5% service charge is applied to all refunds to cover non-refundable processing fees.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our top priority. Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols before every arrival, using EPA-registered products and paying special attention to high-touch surfaces. All dinnerware is re-washed between stays to ensure a spotless and safe environment.
