The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a countertop with 2 barstools. A high-top table seats 6, and the formal dining room seats 8. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower, large closet, and sliding glass doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and smart TV. There's a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a half-bathroom accessible from the pool area. Washer and dryer are in-unit. WiFi speeds reach 500+ Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. All TVs have streaming apps including Netflix, HBO Max, and Showtime.
