Ein Hotel welches schon mal höher klassifiziert war. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, für amerikanische Verhältnisse

This is one of my favorite places to stay in the desert whenever I come out. Sadly the most recent time that was a long delay with my room being ready, but the manager, Nell, and front desk assistant Bernie, were wonderful and very accommodating. The tall, pale gentleman who also works the front desk is incredibly rude, but him aside, everyone else and the property are lovely.

I rate a 4 in cleanliness because our bathrooms weren’t completely sanitary (pubic hairs in shower). Overall, we were satisfied. Safe, quiet and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was good and the servers were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was nice, but needs more lounges. The rooms, however, are looking tired and in need of a renovation. The bed was very comfortable.

Was disappointed in breakfast fare. First day no orange juice, no bananas, no oranges, no yogurt. a couple of bananas and yogurts came out 2nd and 3rd day, but gone very quickly. Scrambled eggs were not good- powdered? Room was okay except thermostat cover fell off and thermostat did not work.

The Residence inn was ideal for our 2 week stay. We loved the fully furnished kitchenvw a dishwasher. Our upstairs golf corse/ mountain views from our very comfortable balcony were excellent. The free hot breakfasts were very good and also very convenient. We especially enjoyed our very friendly morning male host who was especially welcoming.

I’d agree with many other reviewers. The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The facility is worn, tired, and in need of a huge update. The carpets are stained, furniture is worn out and saggy (bed was good though) and the fridge was rattle and noisy. The pool is lovely, the tennis courts would be great but they have no equipment for them. You can use the hot tub in the Courtyard hotel next door. We did mention the many flaws and were willingly given a discount. The free breakfast was great!

I made a reservation to stay overnight at the Palm Desert Residence Inn after attending a Super Bowl party. I called Emily at the reservation desk to check in early and she was very kind and accommodating. Emily stated the room would be ready as soon as I arrived. Upon arrival I met Nell at the reception counter as Emily had went to lunch. The hotel was booked for the weekend. Well was very pleasant, professional and kind. Great customer service. I was given the keys to the room and unlike other Marriott hotels I have stayed in this one, or at least the room I was in was not updated or renovated. The door to the room was in need of repair and the room was visibly well used and not renovated. We did take advantage of the early breakfast the next morning which was a nice amenity. The location is prime and near the frwy, 111 and other popular sites and thoroughfares. Recommended.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Room clean, but they are in need of upgrading. Cabinets are pretty beat up. The bed was too soft for me. Stayed 5 days. Good value for the money.
