This 1 bedroom attached casita has a private entrance. It is part of the main house on the property and is not a separate building. This is an older home, no high tech just a clean and happy space with essentials. There is a seating area for quests in the fenced backyard with a small barbeque grill. There is a dog and cat on the property so you might cross paths with these friendly animals . A small pet under 30 lbs is also welcome. There is no additional pet fee. In addition there is no cleaning fee . This quiet and peaceful property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable and supportive memory foam queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional living room space with several comfy chairs. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans...everything you may need to cook a meal. Paper plates/ paper towels and cleaning supplies also provided. Starbucks coffee and tea provided. There is a t.v. in the unit with Roku channels and Netflix. Smoking is allowed outside. 420 friendly.
