Spend your next Florida vacation at this stylish, brand new home that sits directly across the street from the ocean in Palm Coast! You'll be treated to lovely ocean views, a covered porch with a wet bar, and a spacious deck with ample seating that's ideal for al fresco meals in the warm ocean breezes. The beach is a short stroll away, and the kid-friendly space upstairs is the perfect spot to play games and unwind after a day on the sand!

The pristine sandy beach and the cool Atlantic waves are just a quick walk away. If you're in search of dining and shopping, the European Village is only five miles south, offering a selection of boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a seasonal farmers market. Golfers will enjoy having several nearby courses to choose from, including Palm Harbor Golf Club (five miles south), Pine Lakes Golf Club (nine miles southwest), and Cypress Knoll Golf Course (14 miles south). I sent everything to Vacasa we had a few hiccups in beginning with the TV remotes the nasty shower curtain and the toilet making an awful noise when flushed but all was taken care of. I didn’t realize how bad the pots and pans were till we stared to fix breakfast they really need to invest in some new. I was told they would credit me back 150.00 for the inconvenience but haven’t seen it yet.The house itself was very nice and we do plan on doing more trips it’s much better than hotels. Thanks again

The title of the listing says "Brand-new" ocean view home. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view, it is steps to the beach, and I'm sure it was brand-new at one point. It's a nice home. The beds were comfortable (though the sheets could use replacing). The kitchen was a nice, but was less than average stocked as compared with other beach homes we have stayed. Especially if you are a group that enjoys to cook - we ended up going out instead of cooking due to this. The most disappointing part was that we had no internet the whole time we were there. Yes, there was a hurricane that came - but it came on Thursday. We were there since Sunday and reported the internet outage. The tv cable service was also through the internet (DSL). So we had no television. We went through all the data on our cell phones in the first couple of days. I hope they get it fixed for their next guests. We would consider returning to this property as we loved the location. The house met our needs. It was close to the beach. Several nice locally-owned restaurants to choose from (Rodie's, Bronx House, Captain's BBQ).

Amazing Palm Coast Property!

This from start to finish was amazing. Let's start with the communication that was excellent and always answered in a timely manner. And the text we got at 12:00 saying the unit was ready early if we wanted to come check in. It is bright, sunny, great ocean view, and so comfortable for a lot of people. The beds are comfortable, the decor is updated and super inviting. ONE block from the beach. The pictures are exactly like the unit looks inside, amazing. The day before our last stay, we were asked if we wanted to have a late check out of 2pm for a small fee. What an amazing feature as many of our family weren't leaving until late afternoon. Lastly, the only the that was required upon check out was to start the dishwasher and turn off the lights. I appreciate that, as some rentals we've had to strip beds, start laundry, take out trash (which we did anyhow), etc. We live in Palm Coast and our house isn't large enough for everyone, and this will be our go to.

Floors were so dirty that my feet were black. Kitchen sink had filthy build-up. Ice Maker filter showed past due for replacement. Dishwasher was beeping intermittently through the night. Kitchen table chairs were stained. It stated 3.5 bathrooms, there were 3 full bathrooms, no half. Bath linens are washed in heavily scented detergent. Driveway was littered with garbage and debris and the outdoor trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Entryway mat had a lot of debris on it and around it. Floor mats inside were dirty and looked as though they have never been washed. Missing piece from upper staircase was a tripping hazard.

Awesome spring break

We loved the location. It is a little far from night life and definitely need a rental car if you would like to enjoy a night out. It was a great spot and very close to the beach. The beach was very rocky not great for young children. At low tide you can venture past the rocks and enjoy sandy water, but it is a bit of a struggle. The property manager was great. She came to remove trash from the previous renters, and we let her know the ice maker and water on the fridge did not work and gave us a $50 stipend for the week. Overall great stay!

Property was great. I had to contact the property manager about trash being left in the house and outside but they came right over and removed it. New manager was not aware of second trash can under the sink in kitchen therefore it had been missed at cleaning. New trash schedule as well. The air vent did not work in one bedroom but other than that, this house is amazing and we will definitely stay there again.

Quick getaway

Please pay attention to my review because I don’t think the description has much detail in it! Our house wasn’t clean and ready when we arrived but the local team eventually showed up to clean. They also took care of the issue financially. The local team was amazing. So if you have any issues you should contact them. There are 6 bikes at the property although it isn’t advertised and they even denied having any. Some weren’t usable but I would say at least 3-4 were fine. There are also a couple of beach chairs but definitely bring your own. The ice maker was broken but the kitchen held lots of appliances like coffee maker, crockpot, toaster oven. There are bed linens, towels, and even beach towels if you forget those! This is a great house in a great location. It’s not an easy walk to the beach with little kids and a bunch of stuff but we parked our car, packed with all the beach essentials, at the beach parking lot and just took bikes back and forth. By the way, the ocean in this area is very rocky, almost like a full on reef of rock making it difficult to get very far into the surf unless you have a board or raft. Also nearby are a few restaurants and a Publix, which was such a bonus. If you don’t feel like bringing a bunch of groceries you can live off of the local pizza place, BBQ place, wine and cheese place (entertainment at night) and of course the Publix deli. We will most likely return and will not be bringing the amount of food we brought this time. Finally, St. Augustine was only about a 30 minute drive straight up A1A.

30th Birthday Trip

Had a great time at the property, I was there with some girlfriends for my 30th birthday and we had a great time. It’s about a block from the beach, easy to walk to. Bikes were provided and a bike pump so we were also able to use all the paths around the area. A few cute restaurants around the area, nothing overly fancy unless you drive into St. Augustine. Only down side is I couldn’t find the wagon or it has been lost. That would have been nice to have, otherwise great stay.

This property was “bomb” in the words of my sister. I had family here from D.C. and Southwest FL. Both enjoyed the sunrises and location. The house was perfect. It was not as clean as expected. The floors and stairs and the twin beds did not appear clean. But overall I would definitely book again and recommend.
