"Rooms are spacious, beds feel good. We also had a small balcony. Soundproofing isn't very good, the outside traffic on the highway is very clearly heard inside the room. That's a reason for us not to return here, we do like a more quiet room. But if you don't mind the noise the hotel is great."

"eindrucksvolles Hotel, aber dafür zahlt man auch „sehr ordentlich“ und erwartet auch somit den „höchsten“ Service-Standard, dem das Hotel nicht zu 100% gerecht wird. Wir sehen hier als Vergleichsstandard das Oriental in Bangkok, kommt es in Sachen Service nicht ansatzweise ran. Aber Palm Beach trotzdem toll!!!"
