heavy and noisy maintenance in wee hours
Everything was great especially great service from Kiki and Ridho EXCEPT they were doing heavy maintenance in wee hours ... they should be more sensible and logical given the fact most guests are probably asleep at 1am!!! I was awaken from my sleep and those hammering was insane! The manager should exercise better sense and logic and prevent such “torture” from happening again !

My wife and I booked Hotel 101 Palembang Rajawali to attend our friend's wedding. We are quite satisfied with the hotel, especially its location at Rajawali area (since it is just next to a convenience store and a well-known Pempek restaurant called Pempek Beringin) and its breakfast menu. The room is decent, and it offers basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and Room Service are quite attentive to our calls. Overall, I would describe Hotel 101 Palembang Rajawali as a good, decent business hotel which offers a comfortable stay in Palembang. Although we may look for an alternative hotel on our next trip to Palembang, Hotel 101 Palembang Rajawali is definitely our safe choice.

Good location. Indomaret is just 3 buildings away. Many food outlets around. Very family oriented. Good spread of breakfast. Good in-room massage.

Double charge
The hotel was clean and comfy. However, I have been struggling with them because they double charged me for my entire stay. I prepaid through Hotels.com for my stay, when I checked out of the hotel, I found out that they carged me for my stay again !!!! I cotacted them, and hotels.com, they agreed to refund me, but they did not until a month later. I even tried to dispute the charge from the bank, but the bank was unable to do so.. I am still waiting on this. I hope Hotels.com can help me with that. If you ever wanna stay here, try to pay with cash; don't give them your credit card!!!!

Clean, Comfortable & Nice Property
This is a new property and needless to say all are near perfect and clean. Room is comfortable, nice bed, and the shower is wonderful. However, the check in was rather slow, only two staff at the check in counter and they are slow hands perhaps they are also new at the job. Check out is even worst, took almost 25 minutes (I am the only one checking out), the checking of the room took too long to respond. By the way this is a NON SMOKING property.
