The house itself is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor the hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped contemporary style kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there are large sliding doors that lead to a pleasant terrace and garden with table and chairs and a bbq area. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Costa Brava and the warm summer evenings. On this same floor you will also find a double room with an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a downstairs toilet and a laundry area.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. From this bedroom there is access to a large terrace with views of the house private gardens and a seating area. The villa is only 1.8km to the beach and the town of Llafranc where you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
