The house worked pretty well for our group of 4 retired adults -- long time friends. It had a nice large gathering areas (kitchen, dining, living room). Photos are accurate. I chose this in part because it is just a couple of blocks from a viewpoint & perimeter trail, but it was too hot out for us to walk it.
We had trouble getting the house cool enough. At night, we prefer cool to sleep (about 68). By the 2nd night, we got it down to 74. I understand from the host that the thermostat needs to be set no lower than 72, or the unit might freeze.
I appreciated that the host was responsive to my texts as we tried a few different things to cool the house. She told me the previous guests didn't have a problem, but (not knowing the temperature that they're comfortable with) that could be a matter of personal taste.
