Die Unterkunft ist einfach schrecklich. Viele Asiatische Gäste (Inder, Chinesen) die einfach respektlos & keinerlei Rücksicht auf andere Gäste nehmen. Sehr laut, Ruhezeiten werden nicht eingehalten wodurch keinerlei Schlaf möglich ist. Einrichtung völlig abgewohnt & heruntergekommen. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Personal lässt an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Verdreckter Speisesaal wo überall Essensreste vom Vorgänger kleben & dem personal ist es völlig egal. Gäste müssen die Tische vom Vorgänger selbstständig abräumen & reinigen. Viel zu Kleiner Speisesaal für viel zu viele Gäste. Begrenzte Auswahl an speisen die völlig ungenießbar sind, 1 Toaster für 150 Gäste!!! Verdreckter Fahrstuhl wo ebenfalls alte Essensreste kleben & niemand vom personal interessiert es. Wifi fast nicht vorhanden, Buchen Sie lieber woanders, wenn wir könnten würden wir am liebsten 0 Sterne vergeben. Positiv ist lediglich der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Zimmerschloss defekt, Pool renovierungsbedürftig, poolhandtücher fehlen immer, Frühstück dauert lange, bis nachgefüllt wird, Tische nicht sauber, Buffet schmuddelig usw. Wahrscheinlich personalmangel. Der wirklich nette "Hausmeister " war mädchen für alles. Nachts wurde er geweckt, um nach unsrem Türschloss zu schauen und morgens hat er das Buffet aufgefüllt, Tische sauber gemacht und Eier gebacken. Viel zu viele Aufgaben für 1 person...trotz seiner Bemühungen.

Am zweiten Tag stand eine Familie bei mir im Zimmer. Das gleiche Zimmer wurde wohl doppelt vergeben. Dann war mein Zimmer verriegelt und eine Mitarbeiterin bestand auf eine ID. Sie wollte es dann klären., kam aber nicht wieder. Ich bin dann selber zur Rezeption und habe die Karte freischalten lassen. Es gab keine Entschuldigung.

Came to this spot on my honeymoon and was totally underwhelmed. Pros: Great breakfast, nice swimming pools, good location, safe parking Cons: Extremely dated, refrigerator in room didn’t work, room smelt poorly, garbage all around property, many of the elevators were out of order, and sketchy room cleaning staff. I wouldn’t recommend staying here nor would I choose to stay here again.

The bathtub in our room did not drain properly and it ponded. The person above our room seems like it was practicing for a marching band and their steps were very loud, the floor assembly seems wasn’t designed with the proper acoustics in mind.

This property was clean and easily walkable to restaurants in Page. It’s a 10 minute drive from both horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. The selection for breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the wifi connection was not good at all and we ended up having to hot spot our cell phones and use roaming data.

We stayed here for a few days. We asked for cleaning the second day. Not done. We asked again the second day and was promised cleaning the next day. No one came either. The only cleaning was done on the fourth day. Terrible. In addition, this property hosted multiple bus tours during our stay. It was so crowded in the morning at the breakfast area. One morning, we had to go back to our room and waited for an hour to get breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not bring fresh towels for our 2nd day. We had to go to the front desk to get them.

We arrived, tired and weary. We were assigned a room which was not completely done. Maintenance tools all over the floor. I had to call front desk to make it ready. They got what need to be done, a little inconvenient though.

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast. The main thing that kept me giving it 5 stars was the WiFi - slow to non existent. And 5G didn’t work either. When it gets fixed, then it gets up to five stars for me
