Welcome to The Dim Light: Lower Town, where we present four fully private condominiums, each complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, inviting living area, comfortable bedroom, and modern bathroom. Furthermore, every apartment boasts a secluded outdoor patio, while our communal backyard `hangout` area is accessible to all guests for their relaxation and enjoyment. Our outdoor theater operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we kindly ask that you consider your fellow guests while enjoying this amenity.
In our commitment to maintaining a tranquil and secure environment for all our guests, we have established the following policies:

Rental Eligibility: To rent this property, guests must meet the age requirement of being at least 25 years old.

Residency Restriction: Please note that residents of Paducah or the surrounding counties are not eligible to make reservations for our property. Regrettably, we cannot accept reservations from individuals residing in these areas. For any inquiries or clarifications regarding this policy, we encourage you to contact us prior to initiating your booking.

Group and Event Policy: We do not accommodate group bookings, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any form of gatherings or events on our premises.

Smoking and Pets: Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly forbidden within our premises.

Guest Access: Access to the building is restricted to registered guests only, as indicated on the reservation. Any additional guests must receive prior approval from the property owner.

Security Measures: In an effort to protect our property and ensure the safety of our guests, we maintain a comprehensive 24/7 surveillance system, consisting of exterior security cameras. These cameras are actively monitored to ensure the highest level of security and safety.
