We are in a great location in a quieter setting away from the main part of town but close enough to walk or ride bikes to the pool and any of the shops and restaurants.

You can follow the pathway behind the house in one direction to the Gnome trail that leads to the beach and in the other direction to the new Farm District. There is also at the entrance to an extensive mountain biking trail system.

Enjoy three separate outdoor spaces depending on the time of day. Have tea or coffee on the back balcony wrapped in a warm blanket in the morning while watching the sunrise above the vast territorial view. Listen to the birds, the frogs and the waves of the ocean. Spend time in the afternoon swinging on the porch swing or rocking in a rocking chair while the overhead heater keeps you warm. Gaze at the sunset or watch your children as they ride their bikes and scooters and make elaborate chalk drawings out front. In the evening, you can gather around the fire table on the back patio and roast marshmallows for s'mores or just enjoy the warmth. Later, the very private hot tub awaits, where on a clear night you can see countless stars in the sky.

When the weather is less friendly, curl up on the sofa in the living room, turn on the gas fireplace and read a book, play a game or watch a movie. Kids will be thrilled with the downstairs media room filled with games, books, puzzles and DVDs.

When the fun of the day has come to an end you can retreat to your room and get some much needed rest on a Loom and Leaf luxury memory foam mattress.
