„Loved loved loved Talmadge’s. This is a unique little farmhouse with all the up to date amenities. Close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. In combination of the extra touches, visiting with Mr. Clubbs, one of the host, and the book on the coffee table about Talmadge’s gave us the feeling of belonging as a posed to renting. We would and have been recommending Talmadge’s. “

„First Girls Trip to Joplin and really didn’t k ow where to stay until this charming little place showed up! Absolutely perfect for our purposes of relaxing, enjoying some local sights, and checking out the food scene! I cannot recommend this place enough! It met all our needs, and was located just outside the “hub” of Joplin so it’s quiet and cozy at night! Candace was so easy to communicate with and she promptly responded to my many questions! We will be staying here again! “

„We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories.“
