No phone like they said was in the room. All the lamps were missing light bulbs, the floors were very dirty. The toilet leaked. No clock. The fridge freezer was almost frozen closed. We booked smoking and there was no smoking allowed. Bathtub did not have a stopper to take a bath. This hotel is a 1 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ozark Inn for the solar eclipse. It was a quiet room. The staff gave us treats and viewing glasses when we arrived. Not super fancy but adequate. Bed was comfortable and was not noisy at all.

Had a very comfortable bed slept well
I read some previous reviews which were not true there are no bugs here the room was a smoking room so not as nice as I expected but was clean quiet and I had a very pleasant stay for the price management were very friendly & helpful I recommend this motel highly if your in the area

Every room reeked of cigarette smoke, we asked to be moved and the 2nd room wasn't any better. Took 2 days for my clothes (& lungs) to air out. Very dirty room, run down and so many bugs.

Roomy parking and room layout but HVAC fan made enough noise to require increasing volume from 8 to 30 then back down again. Bed mattresses were clean but seemed cheap, light, stiff. Water pressure to tub was generous but when diverted to shower head barely enough flow for spray. Registration woman probably owner/manager and seemed unhappy with 9-10 pm check in, even though checked in online before arriving. Any food was a drive away from motel. I left phone charger and cord there in error but will wait to see if they contact me next week or I contact them and how that works out.

Very nice & organized staff! But, the inn is very old. Cleanliness was okay. The beds were very neat & clean but the furniture was old & tarnished. I feel it may be time for a renovation. Other than that, the staff was very friendly & helpful.

The no smoking room smelled like smoke. We saw bugs in the room on 3 of the 4 days. The parking lot is full of pot holes. It was also very noisy.

Decent, inexpensive, local motel.
Motel is clean and fully equipped (fridge, coffee maker, etc.) and appears to have been modernized recently. Room was clean & hygenic with wood/tile floor, clean bedding, etc. Good shower. Good service. Able to park right in front of room. Had to change rooms due to smoke smell (damn smokers, not hotel's fault) and it was no problem. Could do with a few more power outlets for charging stuff.

Very Convenient
Amend earlier review, was upset about flies. But the king size bed was super comfortable, love sofa was so nice to have in room. As elderly couple was very convenient, with easy access. Close to locate restaurants and wineries.

Smoking shirtless man made us feel unsafe
Check in was easy, efficient, and friendly. The room was completely acceptable: clean, comfortable, and everything worked. HOWEVER: there was a shirtless man smoking and sitting just 2 or 3 rooms down from our NON-SMOKING room in a camp chair. It made the whole place seem unsafe. I don't know if he was a guest, in which case I guess I can't fault the motel staff, but there was a level of ownership about his being there that made me think he might have been one of the owners.

The room had bugs. Someone with dirty shoes walked in on carpet leaving tracks on carpet. Several items and spaces still had sheet rock dust all over it, like hangers and walls. Fire alarm battery was back set the alarm off in the middle of night.

We rented "suite". It was supposed to have a patio, and did not. The was mildew in the tub, the bottom of the tub was stained. The kitchen sink was stained, the chair cushions were filthy. The bed linens were old and pilled. There was an air of poor clenliness overall.

not so smoke free
The room was supposed to be smoke-free however, you could tell immediately that the room had been smoked in more than once. The bed comforter had multiple burn marks on it. the vanity countertop also had burn marks. and the room wreaked of old smoke. Also the Ice-machine that was available near the office was not making any new ice and what ice was in it looked to be very old.... could not have been sanitary.

The room was big. The bathroom was small. We stayed 2 days , only got 1 pack of coffee for 4 cup coffee maker. Hole in bed comforter..My main concern was the floors in the room needed mopping . The 2 _ 3 star review is fair.
