Enjoy a lovely dinner with your group in the dining room with a beautiful table for 8. The kitchen has new cabinetry, appliances, lighting and breakfast table that can double as workspace. The kitchen is also stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal. Downstairs Bedrooms both feature a King bed, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan and closet. Upstairs Bedroom also has a King bed, ceiling fan and closet. A second upstairs Bedroom features two twin beds, a 50" Smart TV and 2 gaming chairs. There is a full bathroom on the main level that includes a bathtub/shower. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and luxury towels are included in both bathrooms.



For added convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer for guest use in the laundry room.



Outside features include a fenced backyard (currently there is a small section that is open which is soon to be replaced), BBQ grill and tools, and outdoor dining furniture that seats up to 4 guests. Driveway will fit two cars comfortably, plus street parking in front of the house.

-Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.

-Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.

-Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.

-No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.

-We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner. TWO PET MAXIMUM. DOGS ONLY.
