„The location was perfect to our next destination, but not so good to find a restaurant.“

„It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)“

„Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. They would ask us how our day was daily, and gave us helpful tips on places to eat/see. Also, there’s some board games you can ...

„This was not a good place to stay. It was just awful. Shower curtain was raggedy, the walls dirty. Just horrible“

„They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms“

„Nicht so schlecht, aber hinsichtlich Sauberkeit kann noch einiges verbessert werden. Beim Frühstück ist wenig Platz und der Kaffee ist ehr warmes Wasser und zudem häufig leer. Gegenüber ist gleich ein Whataburger mit gutem Kaffee! 😀 Toll ist auch, dass die Shops at La Cantera in Laufweite sind (gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants).“

„Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT ...
