„The location was perfect to our next destination, but not so good to find a restaurant.“

„I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was ...

„Excelente hotel, vale la pena hospedarse ahí. El snack de cortesía que ofrecen por la tarde vale mucho la pena. Hotel muy limpio, personal amable. Recámaras muy amplias. No conocía la cadena drury, fue sorprendente la calidad y servicio. Me gustó mucho. Excelente ubicación. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar ahí.“

„Nicht so schlecht, aber hinsichtlich Sauberkeit kann noch einiges verbessert werden. Beim Frühstück ist wenig Platz und der Kaffee ist ehr warmes Wasser und zudem häufig leer. Gegenüber ist gleich ein Whataburger mit gutem Kaffee! 😀 Toll ist auch, dass die Shops at La Cantera in Laufweite sind (gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants).“

„The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.“

„I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen. However, I felt there was a lack of hot water when I took a shower, and I do wish that they offered continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly also, and I will definitely stay there again if I travel back to Texas.“

„Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content“

„Nos toco la habitacion con un foco grande afuera, y no nos dejaba dormir entraba demasiada luz al cuarto, parecia que era de dia, pague por una cama mas grande y me dieron la matrimonial y reclame y no me hicieron caso , no sale agua caliente , estaba limpio fue lo unico bueno “

„Good location if you stay several days for vacation. Nice check-in and all the staff is very friendly. Breakfast varying and always available until end of the service time. Bathrooms could need a touch-up.“
