All persons in house must be in reservation and no visiting guests.

Drive-in themed movie area, arcade, ping-pong table, board games, photo props, pool table, mini golf putt, air hockey & canvas painting.
Three vehicles maximum allowed at the property. King bed in primary.

This house features 4-bedrooms, King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 single twin beds; all in 4 bedrooms main level for 8 of the guests. Additional guests can option the pull out Queen sofa bed in living room or the 2 air mattress option in lower level. Those sleeping in lower level must know how to exit out of the egress window.

One Pet allowed pet limit 35 pounds and under, must be in reservation with pet fee. Guest responsible for any damage and cleanup of pet. Please indicate bringing pet when sending reservation.

The LOWER- LEVEL is the STAR of the show, and what guests rave about. Guests love the open space with the large 72” TV and many key features:

For the art lovers out there, canvas painting is offered as well, there is a $5 per canvas to cover the costs for the canvas and painting supplies, if interested inquire with host.

The outdoor game room has screen window, outdoor elements, no heat or a/c it is the extension of the backyard for extra game area. Closes 9 pm, the same with patio and deck.

-Backyard games

Living Room :
The open living room and kitchen design allows for conversation to travel between rooms, while not feeling closed-in. The outside patio is right off of the family room, which makes it easier to go inside and outside to get a change of scenery.

Kitchen:
The kitchen dining table features 6 stools at counter bar table and plenty of counter space to prepare food. Fully equipped kitchen also includes complimentary coffee and tea to start your day right!

Laundry:
The washer/dryer are located in the lower basement area.

No parties or events allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the home or garage.
Ring doorbell in front of house by front door.

Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire house. Please note, this house is in a quiet neighborhood (which helps make it relaxing). Note, please be courteous of neighbors and respect the patio and backyard quiet hours after 9 PM. Patio closes 9 pm.
All noise should be kept to a conversation level after 9 PM when entering and exiting the home.
Other things to note
No smoking of any kind allowed inside.
One small dog/cat allowed 35 pounds and under. Dog must be on leash when outside. Guest assumes all responsibility for damages.

Open stairway from kitchen to basement is CAUTION for safety, no door.
Low head room stairway, please be sure to exercise caution.

If you decide to paint, the supplies are there. $5 per canvas to pay for canvas and supplies per person. Let host know and I can send request over platform when you arrive.

If you are bringing along children, please be advised that the house is not childproofed, and guardians should supervise their children at all times. By agreeing to these house rules, you state that you are aware of this and other factors that could pose a risk to children if they are not supervised at all times.

BE Courteous for NEIGHBORS: Areas Outdoor usage to be until 9 PM. These areas closed 9 pm. Please follow this rules since house is located in a residential neighborhood.
