We hope you are ready because .. it's Laketime. This wonderful home offers breathtaking westward views from most rooms in the home. The entire area is filled with natural beauty and wildlife that can be enjoyed any time of the year. Without a doubt, one of the biggest highlights of this home is the large private dock where you can enjoy water toys from, fish, or moor your boat.

Inside, the entire space is bathed in natural light from the lake and hillside views beyond. Every bit of decor was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for your family or small group to spend time together and sits just off the sunroom. The fully stocked kitchen is ready and waiting for your culinary creations. When it's time to rest, there are three bedrooms to recuperate in before another day of adventure on the lake or wherever your stay on the coast may take you.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Landscaping takes place every other Thursday.
