Guests will have exclusive access to the entire elegant Osterville Retreat, a spacious house designed for comfort and privacy. Enjoy the use of all five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living areas. Outside, you'll find a garden and patio, perfect for relaxation and outdoor gatherings. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, free parking, and wireless internet. The property is also equipped with a game room for entertainment.

Nestled in the charming village of Osterville, your retreat offers a prime location to explore the best of Cape Cod. A short walk or drive will take you to the beautiful Dowses Beach, perfect for a day of sunbathing and swimming. For those flying in, the Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Osterville, ride-sharing services are readily available. The charming village center and Dowses Beach are easily accessible by car or a pleasant walk. Explore the surrounding areas with ease, knowing you have a comfortable base and convenient access to transportation.

Welcome to the Elegant Osterville Retreat! Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Free parking is available on-site. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property. We do not allow pets. The property is equipped with a fire pit, please use it responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
