The Space:

You rent the entire sea-view apartment in Residence La Plage. No shared spaces.



Bedroom & living

• Bedroom: double bed 160 × 200 cm, blackout curtains, TV

• Living room: comfortable sofa bed 140 cm for 2 extra guests, direct access to the terrace



Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine). Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided.



The terrace looks out over the promenade and sea. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink with the sound of the waves.



Ostend at your doorstep: beach and promenade, Casino Kursaal, shopping streets and restaurants. Coastal tram nearby.

Parking: private garage included, a short walk from the apartment (details in the guest app).



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of the entire apartment: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Your private garage is a short walk from the building.



Check-in via Guesty guest app. After booking you get a link for your details and the EUR 300 card hold. Lockbox and garage access are shared in the app up to 24 hours before arrival. Choose your own arrival time.



The Neighborhood:

Right on the Albert I Promenade in Ostend: sea air, beach walks, Casino Kursaal, restaurants and shops. A classic Belgian coast base with the city centre close by.



Getting Around:

Beach and promenade at the door. Casino Kursaal a short walk. City centre about 10–15 min on foot. Coastal tram and Ostend station nearby. Private garage included, a short walk from the building.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

Via the Guesty guest app we ask for card details. A EUR 300 hold is placed on your card, in line with your booking platform's policy. No charge is taken if everything is in order after check-out. The hold is then released.

Complete your details in the app before check-in. Optional services (extra cleaning, fresh linen) can also be requested there.

Dogs welcome (max. 2), €35 per dog per stay.
