„I suggested our extended family members plan to stay at the same hotel for the weekend to celebrate an NDSU graduation. I reserved a two bedroom suite as a base camp for everyone. We were very disappointed. Our room was hot and smelly. Previous patrons were not clean or considerate with the space and the hotel also did not clean up well enough after them. I asked staff to come up to the room to see for themselves. They took pictures, hurriedly left, never came back. Our bed comforter had blood ...

„This is a nasty hotel. Beware. We tried booking the best of the rooms at $240 and a cheap Holiday Inn was like the Ritz in comparison. For example: they have a cheap hot tub in the room--that is, outside the bathroom, next to the bed, on the carpet. The place is not right. Stay in Fargo or drive to Bismarck or Montana to find better.“

„1. Most expensive room in the hotel. The room's hot tub had an old piece of soap in it. Gross. A hair ball. A big bug, dead on the wall. 2. The hot tub in the pool area wasn't working...empty...on a holiday weekend. 3. The front desk staff, while friendly...were clueless. Simple requests almost needed AI to interpret. I wouldn't stay here again unless they stepped up their game.“
