„Home is well-loved and clean. Kitchen is updated with dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. Microwave is available in armoire. Bathroom has washing machine, walk-in shower, great lighting, and comfy towels.Stairway is typical of an older home with slender passage, however sturdy and secure with metal railings.Stayed in the summer, so A/C window units were a welcomed relief. Back yard/porch was serene and quiet.Street parking was easy to find. I thought the Amtrak train would have bothered me ...

„The location is great. This home features two well equipped kitchens with plenty of dishes and silverware which is rare in rentals. The corner lot is beautiful with great balconies and plenty of outdoor seating. The pictures in the listing are accurate and we appreciated staying in an older, but updated, OC property. The full size washer and dryer are on the top floor which wasn’t ideal for me with bad knees but we managed. The reponsiveness of the owners was exceptional. “
