„I honestly don’t usually leave reviews but after waiting for over an hour to check in and repeatedly given rooms that we’re already occupied I thought I would share. Once we were finally placed in the room we left our belongings and left to eat. Upon return our keys didn’t work. Come to find out they checked someone in our room while we were gone. Room wasn’t clean, shower had hair and leftovers from the previous guest, carpet wasn’t vacuumed etc. A very nice hotel but lack of cleaning and ...

„The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.“

„We choose not to partake in the breakfast because we decided to leave. A person was threatening another with their life and banging/kicking the guest's door so loudly. We packed up and left the hotel immediately around 530am“

„Newly opened in April of 2026. Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Fluffy and soft pillows. Friendly staff. One low point is that Google Map misdirect us to a wrong property due to its newness which wasn't the hotel's fault. Just for your information, search for directions to Crocker Barrel and the hotel is right next door. However the staff had sent the corrections to Google. It should work. If not, search direction of Crocker Barrel near the hotel's location.“
