Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing ...

The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool.
