Nearby, a bar-style table for three offers another casual spot for dining or morning coffee. The living room invites you to relax with two couches arranged around a smart TV and electric fireplace, while dual sliding doors draw your attention to the beautiful water views beyond.



Step out onto the private balcony, featuring a comfortable patio set with a couch and chairs. It’s the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail at sunset while taking in the incredible scenery. THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

• The property includes a 12x28 boat slip available for guest use. Temporary trailer parking is also available on-site near the tennis courts for added convenience.

• This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Parking is located even with the third floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a long flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
