Come relax by the lake in this gorgeous home in a quiet cove. Three decks plus a screened in porch offer beautiful views of the sunset. Private dock. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Calm waters in this cove are perfect for lounging on the lily pad. Located at MM 19.5 & close to all the action. Dog Days and Backwater Jack’s are just across the channel. Close to the Bagnell Dam Strip as well as lots of shopping within 10 minutes. Plenty of parking!

Large entryway overlooks the family room and the lake beyond. Desk in entryway for those who may need to work while enjoying the view. Second desk in master bedroom for privacy.

Just off the entryway are two bedrooms - Oh Captain! My Captain! & No Wake Zone.
Oh Captain! My Captain! has a Queen bed, 2 nightstands, large closet, dresser & ceiling fan.

No Wake Zone has a martini deck, Queen bed, 2 bar carts that serve as nightstands but can be put to use on the martini deck, large closet, dresser, TV with Roku & ceiling fan.

Down the hall is the upstairs bath and Nautical Knot room.

Nautical Knot has a huge private deck (if you need to escape the fam.), Queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, small closet and ceiling fan.

The upstairs bath has a shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Towels & wash cloths located in cabinet. Hair dryer included.

Upstairs you will find the bonus room with 2 Full beds and 2 twin beds and a dresser.

Downstairs is the kitchen, family room, Master Bedroom, half bath & laundry room.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, a desk for those who need to work quietly from home, 2 nightstands and a dresser. It has access to the large back deck. The Master bath has a double vanity, shower, closet & toilet room. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Towels are located under the sinks along with the hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need. Keurig, toaster, blender, slow cooker, griddle, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, plates, glasses, first aid kit & fire extinguisher.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Above the washer and dryer you will find detergent, stain remover & dryer sheets. There are also two places to hang wet items- hangers provided.

The dock is perfect for relaxation and watching the sun set. Two kayaks and a lily pad located in the garage, adult life jackets on hand.

Brand new deck as of June 2025! Gas grill on back deck is available to use.

Garage is available for parking. Refrigerator and freezer in garage can be used.
