They include full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances such as toasters and blenders. Also located on the main level is the King bedroom. This bedroom features a flat screen TV, full bathroom and stack washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a loft bedroom complete with Queen bed, hanging space and a half bath. Downstairs features the last bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom with standing shower and small sitting deck. Living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper making this home sleep up to 8 guests.
Complex amenities include rentable covered boat slips, large swim deck, boat launch (up to 25' boat) and trailer parking, playground, outdoor pool with splash zone and rentable meeting space with full kitchen to seat up to 150 guests.
There is room to park at least 2 cars in front of every unit with overflow parking available.
