This is a highly desirable location for families to enjoy everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer BOTH ON and OFF the water! The property is at mile marker 17 in a quiet, protected cove where you can safely swim, kayak, and fish. We are also just minutes from the main channel by boat & close to Encore, Backwater Jacks, Bagnell Dam Strip, and not to far from Redhead Lakeside Grill & Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville, & Dog Days Restaurants. This is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy water sports, fishing, hiking and exploring in the nearby parks & caves. With easy access to HWY 54, its just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks & more!

This whimsical villa is located among the tree tops and is a clean and inviting home! The home has 1600 sq. ft. and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway with friends or family! The open floorplan makes it easy to spread out to get ready for all your lake adventures. Our property has parking for three vehicles.

The main floor has a primary suite with a king sized bed and full bath. The primary suite also has a twin sized roll away bed, and vanity area to get ready for all your lake fun.
The Lower Level suite features a king sized bed, full bath and private outdoor deck.
Also included is a twin size inflatable air mattress for the family room to sleep a maximum of 8 guests. The upstairs loft bedroom features a queen bed and 1/2 bath. All linens and towels are furnished.

You will feel right at home in the fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans, spices, baking and pizza tray and grilling accessories! A gas grill with propane is available for your use. Seating for 6 at the table and an additional 2 chairs to fit 8 around the table. We also have a bar height table and 2 stools in the family room area. There is a 50” Smart TV in the main level living area and a TV in the master bedroom and lower level bedroom suite.

The property has a deck off the kitchen area with table/seating to enjoy the views.

Other Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, Linens & Towels, Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash, Washer/Dryer w/ Detergent, Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board, Dish Soap, Paper Towels, & Trash Bags, Coolers and Ice Packs, Swim Bags, Swim Noodles, and Beach Towels.

More FUN: Help yourself to a variety of Board and Card Games located under the TV in the family room. There are also DVD movies for you to watch!

Enjoy many of the great amenities this property has to offer. Fish or swim off the huge swim dock located on a no wake cove, cool off in the community pool, or enjoy the fire-pit and playground area.

A 10 X 24 Boat Slip with electric outlets is available for this villa.

The resort also has an extended lot for boat trailer parking along with a private seasonal boat launch.

Great little get away
Perfect villa for our family. Great location if you are boating or driving to places. Came equipped with many essentials. This villa is not right on the water. LOTS of steps to get to the swim or boat dock. LOTS. 137 to be exact from the boat slip up to the villa.

Nice Cabin, great location, but lots of stairs
We enjoyed our stay. The pictures on Vrbo don't do it justice. It's a very cute cabin! Owner was awesome. Answered all questions & AC problem quickly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was stairs, stairs and more stairs. We thought it was closer to the lake. There are three levels of cabins and this one was on top level. Apparently its like that everywhere in the Ozarks. Word of caution, Google maps took us to the wrong location which was very dangerous with a trailer. Look out for Holiday Shores sign off of Mace Road and turn there.

Very very quiet escape.
It was a wonderful trip. The area is beautiful, and in September it's very quiet. The house was very nice and equiped very well. It was nice to have so many things available for us. It was hard to tell that this place was not lake front from the description but in the end it didn't matter. I would definitely come back again.

The villa was plenty big and provided pretty much everything we needed the only issue was some of the dishes and pans we put away dirty and the floor probably could have been mopped. The host was super nice and very helpful with some issues we had. It was a bit disappointing that we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get to the water. But overall we had a good time.

This property was well stocked. We appreciated the extra linens, pillows, blankets, towels, noodles, and roll-a-way bed. The house is sort of an octagon shape with a cool tree house vibe. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved being almost next door to the pool. Thanks for the great stay!

Getaway at the lake
I recently stayed with my 4 year old old, husband and parents. The villa was the perfect size for everyone to be comfortable and have lots of space. Overall this property was great. Unique tree house kind of shaped house at lake shore was a different kind of experience. The house was literally full of all kind of amenities, utensils, and supplies one could ever need during vacation. Really appreciate your arrangements & detailing. Big thanks for that! Just a friendly request to host - May be Ozark is your hometown, so you're familiar with how life is all about in a dark lake town, but for someone who's coming from other cities/countries, it could be lil scary. Neighborhood was total dark in night with no streetlights at all, no friendly house number marking in deep forest-like area with animal sounds here & there & steep sloppy roads etc. For someone totally unfamiliar with how a lake town works in night, reaching your superb-maintained house could be scary. The people familiar with the place with have no problem at all. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you soooooooo much dear host for managing this property so great, providing every possible thing I could need and keeping this home so beautifully maintained. I loved it, and will surely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

All you need for a great time
This house had everything you need! The house has a spacious, open design. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Great location near the pool and a short distance to the dock for / fishing at the lake. The house was very well stocked. We've stayed in many rentals but nine as stocked as this place- pool toys, beach towels, kitchen items, shampoos, soap- everything you need, just bring food and you're s set for a great time!! The area was quiet and very family oriented- no loud parties or rowdiness. We had a wonderful time!!

Great rental, but be ready for lots of stairs
The home was wonderful and had everything we needed for the house, pool, and going out on the boats. Overall the rental was great! Only downfall is the significant amount of stairs to get to the water. A golf cart to get down to the water would make the place absolutely perfect.
