While there’s no direct AC duct, the room stays comfortable year‑round thanks to its open design—and additional cooling is available during the warmer summer months.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king‑size bed for restful nights, while the second bedroom offers a full‑size bed with a twin pull‑out trundle—ideal for families or extra guests—plus a standing desk workspace for those mixing business with pleasure.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cookware, dishware & flatware, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels & linens, basic toiletries, hair dryer, A/C, ceiling fans

PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), street parking (1 vehicle in front of residence), no trailer parking at the property. We have a small one-car garage that can fit a small vehicle but we don't advertise as having garage parking since the garage is small. Feel free to use the garage if your car can fit.
