Zimmer wurden im Vergleich zu 2019 renoviert. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer entsprechend des Preises ok. Der Shuttle funktioniert - jedoch haben wir den Bus in Saratoga Springs genutzt. Wir waren nur für Disney dort - die Magic ist leider weg aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Man hat uns down gegraded. Vorherige Aufenthalte waren gut. Jetzt hat es nachgelassen. Türen waren nur mit großer Kraftanstrengung zu öffnen. Nicht zu empfehlen

The property and rooms are very dated and dirty. It definitely needs immediate refurbishing. There are other, newer, better maintained properties for similar prices. There weren’t any amenities that made the property worth it. I can’t even call it a hotel.

Hotel bien situé pour aller a Disney world ! Navette proposée tres pratique. Personnel tres agréable ! L'isolation de l'hotel n'est pas tres bonne et certains details de reparations ne sont pas faits (poignets qui tombent et robinet qui fuient) mais fait le job pour un bon séjour a Disneyworld !!

Excellent service from staff, smooth check in and check out. Plenty of amenities. Very accommodating with our bags and pool use as we had a late flight. Bus to Disney plentiful and easy to book. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible property, outdated, have early access to Disney world but only one bus that comes early defeats the whole purpose of it. You ask the staff the same questions get 3 different responses

Over all this resort is very nice and convenient. Inexpensive and convenient to get around. Lately they seem to have some maintenance issues like room doors not deadbolting computer issues throughout the hotel. Room service was apparently partial service as they took my dirty towels but failed to replace. Also never left any more shampoo/conditioner ect.

Manager was one of the most rude and inconsiderate smart a$$e$ I’ve ever met. Don’t ever book here let alone through Expedia. Both Expedia and Wyndham charged me for the stay so now I’m in a dispute. Horrible experience to say the least

I would say its between a hotel and a motel. You can see its dated but that they refreshed rooms.. Exterieur rooms are older and because they are exterieur I feel moisture has set in the dresser drawers so would put clothes in because of smell of drawers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 5 min walking distance to disney Spring. For the price and convenience of proximity to Disney Spring its good. Thank you Jennifer Rodriguez as well as the two ladies at the front desk. Bellman Olandi and maintenance Luis was very nice to chat with. Overall 7/10
