With four king-sized beds and room for up to 16 guests, our home offers comfort and convenience for everyone. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the expansive living area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Entertainment is endless with a games room featuring air hockey and pool tables, as well as a bonus room with a foosball table. Step outside to discover your own private oasis, complete with a heated pool, relaxing spa, and a covered patio for al fresco dining. ( Retro arcade game is out of order pending parts)
****There is a maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.
But the fun doesn't stop there. Windsor at Westside boasts a range of resort amenities, including a zero-entry pool with waterslides, a hot tub, and a lazy river surrounded by lush landscaping. Stay active with access to a fitness room, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball.
*All guests can enjoy the resort amenities free of charge.
*Pool heat is not included. Suggested from October to May or anytime to use the spa feature. (3-day minimum during this period) Add request to your booking - $40/day.
*Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
*Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
*There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
