Step into the warm embrace of this inviting townhome, where an open floor plan awaits to become your home away from home! Prepare your beloved home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax in the living room on the comfortable sectional sofa while enjoying your favorite movie or show!

As you step onto the patio, you will be greeted by your personal pool. Take a seat under the covered lanai's dining area, accommodating up to 4 guests for a delightful meal. Whether you prefer a refreshing dip in the pool, or lounging on one of the two sun loungers, this is your haven for relaxation. Access the convenient half-bathroom directly from the pool deck.

When bedtime beckons, select from one of the five inviting bedrooms. The ground floor boasts a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a T.V. for added comfort. Ascend the stairs to discover the remaining 4 bedrooms. Two of the upper-level bedrooms feature a master-suite and a queen room, each equipped with its own en-suite. The other two rooms cater to the younger members of the family, offering a choice between our favorite mischievous friends with two full beds or their toy companions with a pair of twin/twin bunk beds. Additionally, the second floor provides a space to unwind to have fun in the entertainment loft, complete with a multi-arcade game and XBOX.

Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted
