I will start out with saying the condo had good and bad qualities. Unfortunately, the listing is very misleading and outdated. There was a water park included but, there was no information listed or in the condo. You had to figure it all out on your own. It was over all clean. The location was great for visiting theme parks. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean linens, the pool was clean and warm. There were poor qualities as well. The communication was slow and many things we were told about the place were not true when addressed after checking in. Ex: 3 parking spots in front were for the renter. At check in, there were no empty spots available. When notified, we were then told there were no assigned spots. The WiFi was very slow at first and then not working at all. When told, a maintenance man was sent hours later and it was never fixed. Also the dryer took 3 hours to dry 1 load of linens. After looking the lint basket, it was full of lint and sand. Asked for a vacuum to clean it out, never got a response. Complete fire hazard! There were minor things that didn’t have batteries, wall clock and remotes. Broken bathroom tile floors and rusted patio furniture. I don’t recommend dealing with this host unless you are very patient.
