Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
We chose this property because of the location, pet friendly and price. It was clean, neat and the king size bed was very comfortable. The Host communicated well when we asked for paper towels and a sponge to wash our dishes. We couldn’t get the TV to work so she replaced it within a few hours. The downside has more to do with the fact that this was a garage converted to a studio. They left the original garage door with an opener as the main entrance so that when you are inside, you must close the garage door with the opener, otherwise bugs and such will come inside through a 12” gap at the ceiling. If there were a power loss there would be no way to get out except through a window. The bathroom has no sink or exhaust fan & the shower head faces the opening causing the floor to be wet. The utility sink is the only place to wash hands, brush teeth and wash dishes. There is no table to eat on; a small bistro would work. There were no wine or water glasses and minimal dishes & silverware, no other utensils, not even a can or bottle opener. We share this so the Owners may improve this property for future guests. We have been to many VRBO properties, none like this.
