THE SPACE

The living area has a cozy seating area which leads onto the patio with a garden view where you can enjoy morning coffee or a cold drinks on warm nights.

The master bedroom has a new King bed with a new, plush mattress, high quality linens, Smart TV and an overhead fan. The master bath has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, with new plush mattresses, high quality linens, a Smart TV, and an overhead fan. The guest bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
