OG Villa Close to Disney and Attractions!

Welcome to our vacation villa! We love so much Orlando that we worked hard to be able to get a lovely home there for our family. We are sharing our space, wishing you can enjoy, take care of it, and love it as much as we do.

Our Villa has 2 Master bedrooms with king beds and each one with its private bathrooms, 1 Queen size bedroom and 2 bedroom with 2 twin beds each, plus a full bathroom. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and an 80" Smart TV in the living room. A full updated equipped kitchen with breakfast table and counter height stools; and pool with solar heater and *electric heater.

• 5.6 miles to Championsgate and dining restaurants.
• 9 miles to Walt Disney World.
• 10 miles to Old Town
• 22 miles to Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando.
• 30 miles to MCO Airport.
• 77 miles to NASA.
• 79 miles to Cocoa Beach.

Check-in @ 4pm and Check-out @ 10am

PERSONAL HYGIENE AND CLEANING SUPPLIES:
The house is professionally cleaned after every Check-out and it will be equipped with:

1 Toilet Paper per bathroom
1 Paper towel
1 Scourer
2 Dishwasher tablets
1 Dish Detergent
2 Laundry Detergent
2 Soap per bathroom

The Home is a self catering home, we supply enough to last your 1st night.

There is a broom with dustpan, a vacuum and a mop located in the first closet of the house at the entryway in case of spills.

POOL AREA:
The pool is fully enclosed, furnished with outside dining table, chairs and lounge chaises. Pool also have a Safety Fence to provide an extra layer of safety, especially for our children.
**SPA Electric heater available for an additional fee of $35 per day.

**Guest must agree and pay the fee prior to check-in in order for electric SPA heater to turn on and have it ready for your arrival. Feel free to ask us about it.

FIRST AIDS AND EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT:
There is a first aid kit located inside the kitchen's pantry. In case of unexpected fire, the is a fire extinguisher located inside the Kitchen's pantry as well.

Please, we sincerely ask you to try to take care of our house as if it were your own. It is important to be aware of the children so that they do not take off the illustrations from the walls and both you, us and future guests can enjoy the house in a clean, peaceful and healthy environment.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE NOR POOL AREA.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVED SECURITY CAMERAS.

Any violations of these rules will result in a fine of $500, and INMEDIATE vacay of the property WITHOUT REFUNDS.

SECURITY CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED IN THE POOL AREA, ENTRANCE AND GARAGE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETYNESS AND SECURITY.
