Located in the exclusive gated community of Sonoma Resort, a brand-new vacation rental resort located next to ""The Loop"", a premier shopping and entertainment mecca, just 10 minutes from Disney parks, as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses.
This amazing home was beautifully decorated having practicality and comfort in mind. This home has 15 well-appointed bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom, flat-screen TV, minibar, and safe.

The beds in all rooms can be set up as King bed or Two twin size bed which are perfect for groups or large families.

The open floor concept is very inviting and comfortable, featuring a large couch and two armchairs in the living room facing the pool (heating is an optional paid service). The kitchen is all about convenience. Large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, luxurious granite countertop, and state-of-the-art white cabinets.

If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you want additional space to work on your computer, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others! For your convenience, this home also features a game/cinema room with a large screen and snooker table for a movie or simply a friendly competition.

The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue (propane gas not included), or simply relax outside all day long!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected!

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $65 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.

POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 6 or 7 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area.
IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins at 8 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

· In the case of work retreats or similar group trips, we can provide a conference-style setup in the theater room with tables and chairs. If you require this arrangement, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
Please note that there is an additional $100 setup fee for this service.

A Day at our "Unique Masterpiece Home"
Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day. Enjoy your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up, and then get ready for an amazing day at all the attractions that Central Florida has for you.
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 8 to 12 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Home.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Publix within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories!
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area or the Game Room to have fun with friends & family, or take the kids for one more dip in the pool before they crash in their beautiful suite.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

Other Things to Note

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
