Inside, the refreshed tiny home blends modern comfort with a mid‑century modern twist, offering a calm retreat just minutes from the city’s buzz. You’ll feel the balance of convenience and serenity the moment you step through the private entrance.



Sleeping arrangements

One bedroom holds a single bed that comfortably sleeps up to three guests. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, making it easy to settle in after a long day.



Living space

The open‑plan living area connects seamlessly to the dining and kitchen zones, creating a spacious feel despite the tiny‑home footprint. A Smart TV with streaming services and reliable Wi‑Fi give you options for relaxed evenings or catching up on work. A dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet spot for planning your next outing.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is equipped for cooking at home, complete with a coffee maker for morning brews. Bar‑height seating at the countertop provides a casual place to dine, work, or map out the day ahead.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio of the fully fenced backyard, where outdoor dining is set up for al fresco meals. The space is perfect for enjoying Orlando’s mild weather, whether you’re savoring breakfast in the sun or winding down under the evening lights.



Location & neighborhood

Nestled in College Park, the home sits close to Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and cultural spots such as the Science Center and Museum of Art. Theme parks—including Disney World and Universal Studios—are an easy drive away, while local restaurants, breweries, and charming neighborhood streets are just moments from your door.



Guest access

You’ll enjoy a private entrance with self‑check‑in via smart lock, free on‑site parking, and additional street parking nearby. The unit’s single‑level layout, air‑conditioning, and in‑unit washer and dryer add extra comfort for both short stays and longer visits.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
