💦 Pool Heating

Available for $35 per day + tax, with a 5-day minimum. Please request at least 48 hours in advance.

The attached spa is not a hot tub and does not have jets. It heats to the same temperature as the pool, up to approximately 90°F. The heat-exchange system does not operate below 50°F outdoors, and the pool may not reach the desired temperature during cold weather. No refunds are provided for cold-weather heating limitations.

🔥 Grill Information

A grill is not included as a standard amenity. Grill rental is available for an additional fee; please contact us after booking for details.

If a grill is available and unlocked for guest use, guests must clean it after use and replenish propane if needed. A $50 cleaning charge applies if the grill is left uncleaned. A locked grill is reserved for the homeowner and is not available for guest use.
