As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, including the beautiful swimming pool, spacious living areas, and full kitchen. With eight large, stylish bedrooms and six pristine full bathrooms, large groups and families will find this the perfect place to make magical memories that’ll last a lifetime. Parking is a breeze when you stay at this luxurious villa. You will enjoy free parking on the driveway and street throughout your stay.



This property comfortably accommodates 16 people and can sleep an absolute maximum of 18. You’ll also enjoy free access to all of the resort’s amenities including a kids’ splash park, an arcade, a lazy river, a gym, a poolside bar, sand volleyball, and more!



The home is fully sanitized after every check-out and thoughtful touches are provided throughout, such as high-speed wifi, home laundry, and complimentary toiletries. Our home is located just .4 miles down the road from the Windsor at Westside resort. It is a less than 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

Important Details to Know Before Your Stay:



Check-in: After 4:00 PM



Check-out: By 10:00 AM



Security: The front door auto-locks after 4 minutes. Please make sure all doors are locked and lights are turned off when you check out.



Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors—no parties or events allowed.



No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, marijuana, incense, and cigars are not permitted inside the home. Windsor at Westside is a smoke-free community. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas only. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.



No Pets Allowed



Starter Supplies Provided:

Longer stays may require restocking. Great local grocery options are nearby.



Pool Maintenance: Happens weekly on Tuesdays and takes about 15 minutes.
