This is a self-catering home. We provide basic starter necessities, including: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soap pods, 1 travel-size dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen scrub sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 k-cup pods, 4 condiment kits for coffee, 2 travel-size shampoos per bathroom, 2 travel-size bar soaps per bathroom, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 4 laundry soap pods.
Exterior security cameras are located on the doorbell, above the garage and side of the house only (no interior or pool-facing cameras)
Guests are required to complete a Point of Contact (POC) form and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. The rental agreement must be completed and signed by the primary guest who made the booking through VRBO.
