You’ll be just 15 minutes from Disney, and the onsite concierge can even help you buy tickets beforehand. From grocery stores to shopping malls and award-winning golf courses, nothing is out of your reach at Paradise Palms!



The fun doesn’t stop back at the home, where your very own inground pool waits to host hours of splashing and playing under the abundant Florida sun. Chaise loungers will help you relax as you turn the pages of a good book, taking breaks to cool off when needed. Under the shaded patio, a café dining set seats 2, the perfect spot for enjoying your fresh cup of morning coffee. There is also a patio table that seats 4.



The home’s professionally decorated, mid-century modern interior comes fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. Common areas feature sophisticated gold, metallic accents with contrasting black metal, surrounding you in style with the added comfort of the contemporary furnishings. At the end of long days, sink into plush living room sofa seating while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the mounted TV. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, showcasing brand-new stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware you’ll need to whip up delicious culinary creations. Snag a high-top stool at the granite countertop or a seat at the table for 4 for all your dining needs, casual or formal or a more formal meal at the dining table that seats up to 6.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds with 2 twin trundles.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin trundle and smart tv.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• High Chair & Pack N’ Play Onsite

• Dedicated lot parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on a first come, first served basis.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, mounted on the entryway and actively monitoring the parking area and home’s front entrance.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Pool heat is available for $29 per night

• Grill rental available for an additional $150, with 48-hours advanced notice.



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

The Neighborhood:

Outside of the Paradise Palms Resort, there are several additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 4 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 6 miles away offering a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop. Finally, the major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (11 miles), Epcot (9 miles), Hollywood Studios (8 miles), Animal Kingdom (7 miles), Universal Studios (19 miles) and Sea World (14 miles).
