The Space:

Unwind in the cozy loft or spread out with plenty of space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen and convenient laundry room ensure a stress-free stay.



Guest Access:

For your convenience and security, you'll receive a personal door code for the house. At the gate, just provide the address to obtain a pass, ensuring you can enter the community anytime.



The Neighborhood:

Discover The Oasis Clubhouse, also known as The Oasis Club or just The Oasis – a premier amenity center designed for residents and vacationers staying in The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Step inside the impressive 16,000+ sq. ft. (1,500 m²) clubhouse to find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, a dedicated concierge desk, a movie theater, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fun-filled game room. Outdoors, a world of relaxation and excitement awaits with two temperature-controlled pools, a winding lazy river, an exhilarating 2-story water slide, and a playful children’s water splash pad. Guests can also enjoy sand volleyball, convenient rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the vibrant Tiki Bar. For sports enthusiasts, the community additionally features seven tennis courts and access to the ChampionsGate Country Club golf course.



Getting Around:

Walt Disney World Resort: Champions Gate is remarkably close, often just a 10-15 minute drive, making it an ideal base for experiencing Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs.

Universal Orlando Resort: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure (home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter) and Epic Universe are typically a 20-30 minute drive away.

SeaWorld Orlando: This park is also easily accessible, usually within a 25-30 minute drive.

Legoland Florida Resort is about a 40-minute drive, and various other attractions like Island H2O Water Park, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, and miniature golf courses are nearby.



Dining Options: On-site restaurants, bars, poolside tiki bars, and snack bars, providing convenient dining without leaving the community. The Champions Gate Downtown Shopping Center also offers a variety of dining choices.



The Champions Gate area has its own grocery stores, pharmacies, and various shops within walking distance or a very short drive, making it easy to stock up on essentials.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- For those wishing to enjoy the pool and spa at a comfortable temperature, heating is available for $40 per day, or just the spa for $25 per day plus taxes; (2 nights minimum)



- You can rent the grill for $80 per stay plus taxes. We require guests to provide their own propane, but you may occasionally find a propane left behind by a previous guest that you are welcome to use.



- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.



- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are not permitted; any breach of this condition will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
